Our property management division, HomeCareontheWeb, was set up to ensure that homeowners could rest safe in the knowledge that someone cared about their property as if it were their own. So, how does it all work?

It's actually very simple. We have a team of local HomeCare Managers whose task it is to regularly visit your property and produce a twice-monthly Owners’ Report, noting any problems or required actions. They do this by checking all aspects of your property - state of decoration, working order of appliances, etc - against the initial detailed report we produce when your property is first taken on. The report is then published, complete with photographs where necessary, on your personal area of our secure web site. Should any remedial work be required or other actions taken, we arrange them once you approve them. In the event of an emergency, immediate action is taken on your behalf - so you've no need to worry.

In addition to our standard HomeCare package, we can help you in many other ways – interior design and decoration, furnishing, gardening, pool cleaning, maintenance - and much more!

At HomeCareontheWeb we want you to get the most from your home from home whenever you decide to visit. So you don’t need to worry about the detail when planning your stay, we’ll take care of everything for you. Your beds will be made, the hot water ready, the air-conditioning on (or heating, depending on the season) and you’ll find a welcome pack of food essentials and flowers to greet you. We’ll even pick you up in a chauffeured car! All this can be easily planned and requested by you on the web – either for yourself or any guests you have invited to stay.
